Mr. Smith arrived right as the promised 2-hr schedule began. Mr Smith used "booties" while in the house. Checked the evaporator and air-handler and cleaned out the drain line. Outside the house, he opened the compressor/condenser casing and cleaned the coil. He found that I he condenser is a little weak but within tolerance.

Elvis and Wayne arrived within the estimated time and were able to uninstall our duct work and 20 year old gas pack, and install a brand new gas pack and appropriately sized, new ductwork in under a day. Maintained a clean work area (above ground and in the crawl space) and were considerate of our dogs (thereby us) by not ringing the doorbell. Impressed with the installation and the results.
